EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all the products you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.

  • Contact our customer service center by calling us +92 305 8073113 between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday till Saturday or email us images of defected product at qhaaf786@.com.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
  • Items purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  • No cash refunds, only online store coupons available for out of stock items.
  • Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for exchange.

The Following applies to both Option 1 and 2:

    • Exchange & Refund within 7 days of purchase.
    • If the product is unavailable for exchange, or if you prefer to use the value later, you will receive an online store credit valid for 1 month. (No cash refunds).
    • Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • The exchange value of a product will be based on the price at the time of the exchange.
    • Return or replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Note: Pillow designs may vary due to the fabric's cutting pattern.
